This Privacy Policy explains how The Bridge Newsletter LLC (“The Bridge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit thebridgenewsletter.com, create an account, or subscribe to our newsletter. The Bridge publishes commentary and analysis for informational purposes only; it is not investment advice.

Information we collect

Account information you provide at signup: name, email address, and (optionally) your firm.
Payment information when you subscribe. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. We retain a Stripe customer/subscription reference and the plan price.
Referral details if you join through a referral or affiliate link (e.g. the referring code), and bank details you choose to provide for receiving referral payouts.
Usage and device data collected automatically through cookies and analytics, including pages viewed, links used (such as referral links), approximate location, browser, and device type.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account and deliver the newsletter.
To process subscription payments and renewals, and to administer referrals and payouts.
To send service messages (e.g. receipts, renewal and account notices).
To understand how our site and links perform and to improve our service.
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and measure how marketing and referral links perform. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data, including a pseudonymous identifier, the pages and links you interact with, and the value of completed subscriptions, so we can attribute sign-ups to the link that referred them. We do not use this data to identify you personally to third parties.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate The Bridge, and only as needed to perform their function:

Payment processing — to bill and manage your subscription.
Hosting and database infrastructure — to run the site and store your account.
Email delivery — to send the newsletter and account messages.

Payout processing — to send any referral payout you request.
