Effective June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Bridge Newsletter and the website at thebridgenewsletter.com, provided by The Bridge Newsletter LLC (“The Bridge,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Bridge publishes commentary, research, and analysis on blockchain and related markets for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and is not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Nothing in the service creates an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and The Bridge. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own professional advisers. Past performance and forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Retail subscriptions are sold as an annual term at the fee displayed at the time you sign up (which may reflect a promotional or referral price). Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews each year at the then-current applicable rate, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We may change subscription prices on a going-forward basis; any change applies to renewals after we provide notice.
You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that; you keep access until the paid term ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law.
Institutional access is offered under a separate written agreement (which may include commission-sharing arrangements administered through a prime broker) and is invoiced annually rather than charged by card. That signed agreement governs the term, fees, payment, and cancellation of an institutional subscription. These Terms apply to institutional users only to the extent they are not inconsistent with that agreement; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
We may offer referral credits or affiliate arrangements on the terms presented at the time of the offer. We may modify or discontinue these programs, and we may withhold or reverse credits or payouts obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The newsletter and all content we provide are owned by The Bridge or our licensors and are provided for your personal, internal use. You may not copy, republish, resell, forward, or otherwise redistribute the content to non-subscribers, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bridge and its members, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investments, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription during the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise subject to a signed agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
